FAQ
We suggest that you apply for a B1 visa as soon as you decide to attend SIGGRAPH. We do not provide visa services; you can handle the process yourself using general instructions. We can provide you with a Cover Letter to expedite the visa application process and offer a brief consultation on how to proceed with obtaining it. General instructions for obtaining a visa are available on the official website.
Throughout the whole tour, the PTC team will be at your disposal providing detailed information about all meetings, locations, accompanying and attending meetings, resolving the org. moments.
Our main clients are CEO’s, Executive Producers and TOP managers of VFX&CG studios.
The capacity is limited. We’re going to have a group of 15-20 people.
We are arranging a comfortable car to get to the location. Usually, meetings are taking place in the offices of the companies or at conference halls in hotels.
All meetings are in English.
Breakfasts are usually at the hotel, lunches are pre-booked for the group close to the next meeting location. You have free time in the evening, so you could choose the location based on your preferences. Please note that the cost of lunches and dinners is not included in the package.
Certainly, there's no guarantee of an immediate contract signing in the USA. We're all mature individuals, and establishing relationships between companies is a gradual process. Ultimately, the outcome hinges on your company's capabilities and preparedness. Please refer to the webinar mentioned earlier for further insights.

Regarding the weather conditions in Monument Alley and Las Vegas in August, it will indeed be hot, but we've made appropriate arrangements. The itinerary includes a morning walking tour of the Monument Valley and an evening visit to the sphere in Las Vegas. All transportation throughout the trips will be provided by comfortable Premium SUVs - Chevrolet Suburbans.
